What a wonderful year it has been for art!  Honored to announce that "Taijitu" has won the Bronze award in the  2022 INTERNATIONAL BOLD ABSTRACT COMPETITION at the Camelback Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona. " Taijitu" is part of the Homo Universalis series where I am exploring ancient and modern cultural symbols.  In order for a symbol to be relevant in a culture there must be agreement as to it's meaning.  In our polarized world perhaps finding things we agree upon can help mend the fabric of our society.

Honored to announce that "Taijitu" has won the Bronze award in the International Bold Abstract 2022 Competition at the Camelback Gallery in Scottsdale, Arizona.  This is the 4th show "Taijitu" has been juried into and the second award in 2022.  The Talent Prize award was presented by Art Show International at the 5th Annual Abstract Art Show also in 2022.  It's been a wonderful first quarter and I'm looking forward to the next quarter with some brand new work and venturing into more sculptural art.
